I feel worn out after each intense workout using the Your Six Pack Quest, which is a good thing because if you are working hard the fat will be coming off.
Finally, I want to touch on the diet and nutritional guide because many don’t realize how important that is. I played three sports in high school and one in college. I ate whatever I wanted and it didn’t matter. After leaving college and spending less time playing sports due to a full-time job, I put on weight. You can’t eat whatever you want as you get older. Watching your diet will keep the fat away from your chest and stomach. That is literally more than half the battle, since abs can be super strong but covered up by fat. With Your Six Pack Quest , you can reveal those abs you have to the world.
This program is a great complimentary program. What I mean is, if you want to do this and run. Or do this and basic weight lifting. Or do this while you are playing in a sports league. Standing alone, you probably will get bored since it really focuses on one area. It does an excellent job on that one area, but for full body fitness do something else as well.
