When most people are trying to lose a lot of weight, they think of cardio, cardio and more cardio. While I am by no means saying that will not help any, what if I told you in my Turbulence Training review that they can show you how to burn fat a quicker way?
Even though my first paragraph sounds like a total sales pitch, let me say that I tried this training workout program because I heard good reviews. The new argument in most gyms these days is standard cardio training vs. interval work. Turbulence Training focuses on interval work and although I was a skeptic at first (I was running 10-15 miles a week), I was shocked that by shrinking my workouts and focusing on intervals, this means I could actually get MORE out of my time.
The Turbulence Training is a pretty simple program, and for under 50 dollars it really is a great deal. They will provide the main eBook that comes in a format where you can read it on your computer or mobile device (such as an iPhone). What is also included is a nutrition guide, rapid workouts when you are short on time, weight workouts to gain muscle and other information you will find useful. They also offer some upgrades you can purchase for extra money. It’s up to you what you want to do with that, but I personally didn’t think it was worth it.
Finally, I’ll give you my results when using Turbulence Training . Since I was a runner before, I didn’t have a ton of weight to lose. However, I was busy at work in recent months so I was packing on a few too many extra pounds (that’s what fast food does). Anyway, since I was getting bored running tons of miles, I was shocked to find these workouts to do so much positive work on my body. It is not easy by any means, but within a month I was already down 8 pounds (at 6 foot tall and 185 pounds, I didn’t have much I wanted to lose). Ideally I’d like to maintain around 175 pounds from now on, so I will adjust the workout to do that for me. Yes, that’s right it can help you lose weight as well as maintain. It is truly one of the best overall programs I have ever tried.
