You have the tools with you right now to build lean muscle and do this type of training. This doesn’t mean you can’t use weights later on if you are looking for more of a challenge, but the core of this workout program is great in that sense.

Another advantage I found was just how convenient it is to do. You don’t have to sign up for a gym. You don’t even need a ton of space in your home to do the work. Have a living room or bedroom? Unless you are homeless (well even if you are homeless, you could do this on the street!), you will have room to perform the exercises included in the Tacfit Warrior program.

Finally, as if those two things weren’t great, the workouts themselves are intense but fairly short. This can be good and bad. If you are really focused like me, you might want to incorporate some cardio before or after doing this program. Tacfit Warrior is still a hard program, but you will have enough energy to still be able to run. The good news is if you are stuck with not a lot of time, you can get your workout done in no time and be on your way. You probably would spend just as much time driving to and from a gym as you would doing the lessons at home.

If you read any other Tacfit Warrior review, chances are you will hear similar thing. It works for most people. The only people I wouldn’t recommend it to are the super hardcore people, since the workout might not be hard enough for you unless you add a lot of weights to the routines. For everyone else, this workout regime will help you shed pounds and even build some nice muscle.
