If you are looking for the actual Tacfit Commando website, Click Here. Othewise, continue reading my personal review after giving the program a test run.
Lifting without touching a weight seems like a dream come true to some people. Let’s be honest, who actually enjoys going to a sweaty gym with a bunch of dudes making silly noises anyway. I guess once in a while, but not all the time.
When I first came across Tacfit Commando, I knew that while it sounded straight out of a military type of workout, I still didn’t know if it worked. I read some Tacfit Commando review articles online too and they didn’t give me too much information.
After purchasing it, I got straight to work. As I mentioned earlier, Scott Sonnon uses Tacfit Commando, a bodyweight program, to whip you into shape as quickly as possible. We are not talking about only weight loss. We are gaining muscle as well, and that’s what I wanted.
So if you are like me you wonder how Tacfit Commando can help you gain a ton of muscle when you aren’t really supposed to touch any hand or machine weights. The fact is, your body has all the resistance you need.
After an initial week of being sore (all good workout programs will do this to you) I noticed during my second week of the Tacfit Commando review I was doing that I was not only getting leaner and stronger, but I was getting more flexible as well. That is a huge plus of using bodyweight, since you are contouring your body in ways you never thought was possible.
Obviously with no machines or weights to carry around, I found this to be a great workout for someone like me who is busy and on the road a lot. One week I did this workout in my living room, a hotel room and my friend’s house. Yes, Tacfit Commando is that flexible.
I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new way to get fit. After initially buying the ebook, nothing else is ever needed. You don’t need to upgrade, and of course to do Tacfit Commando you do not equipment. If you want to work like some Special Forces do, this is a great, intense workout to give a try.
