If building muscle was easy, everyone would be in tremendous shape. You have to put the effort in to get results though. A key to that is staying motivated and moving forward when times get tough.

– Find some type of training partner. If you can’t seem to really find a way to motivate yourself, the best way to go about it is to find a partner that can help you train. This way, you are able to stay motivated enough when the times get going by looking at your partner and seeing that they are not giving up. Make sure you find someone who has similar goals as you so you can have as much success as possible. You don’t want to both make it fine for each other to slack off.
Getting into great shape definitely has its ups and downs. You need to do whatever possible to keep yourself motivated and working hard.
