Whether you wish to be a true fitness model or just want to get in great shape, the Official Fitness Model Program makes the claims that they can help you in no time at all to achieve those goals. While their claims are nice and all, I figured most would like an unbiased look to see if it would fit their needs.
Fitness models are everywhere in gyms, whether they are actually working out or on the wall. Men and women are fitness models as well, and they both have the bodies we want. When I worked out in the past, I always saw them and thought while that looks good, I could never get to that level. People associate that look with a full-time dedication to working out and eating the right things. When the Official Fitness Model Program promised that was not the case, I was all ears.
I started my Official Fitness Model Program review about 2 months before writing this. I was in pretty decent shape to begin with, but wanted to take it to the next level. I definitely recommend this for someone who is wanting to get in the best shape of their lives, but they already are in at least decent shape. Is it intense? Yes, but what keeps you motivated is the relatively little amount of time and the results you see.
As is the case with a lot of these workouts, they really stress eating right. You want that fitness model body? You better be fueling yourself the right way. I used to eat fast food a lot because it was convenient. The Official Fitness Model Program would laugh at me if it was a real person because the fact is, you can make a ton of healthy, tasty meals that will make your body look thinner right away.
This is developed by a girl, Jennifer Nicole Lee, so I should point out that it is designed more towards a female point of view. If you have read my other articles on this site you know that I am a male, but I still saw results trying out the Official Fitness Model Program. I feel it can work for both men and women, and give it my full endorsement.
