As the name implies, what Jason Ferruggia is doing with his program Muscle Gaining Secrets is giving you the tools you need to build up muscle and bulk up in no time. It comes in a convenient book, and after giving it a try I am ready to give everyone a Muscle Gaining Secrets review on the entire process.

Something I should let you know at first is do not judge a book by it’s cover or media inside the cover. Simply put, this book could use a bit of redesign. It is not ascetically pleasing at all really, which unfortunately could turn off some potential buyers. For your benefit though, I’ll say this: The Muscle Gaining Secrets are truly there for you in the text.

The workout plan included lasts 34 weeks, and I am currently writing this about halfway through. I have seen some noticeable results, which is why I am writing now since I’m comfortable to say the Muscle Gaining Secrets ebook works. Whatever it lacks in presentation, it gains back by explaining workouts well and making it an easy read to learn from when training. For that, Ferruggia should be praised.

If you have nutrition and supplement questions this can help you as well. The nutritional guide isn’t the absolute best you will find, but it still will give you some meals to eat if you are interested. A lot of people wonder about supplements, and in the Muscle Gaining Secrets package he includes information on that as well.

All in all, in my Muscle Gaining Secrets review, I’d recommend this to beginners especially. If you are one who has worked out for a while, you might not gain a ton from this but you still will learn. As a beginner though, he does an excellent job getting you on your way to building lean muscle while trimming the fat right off your body.
