24 minutes a day. When you remove the commercials, that is about as long as your favorite sitcom episode is. In the big scheme of things, very little time. So when Sean Nalewanyj gets online and claims with his Muscle Gain Truth workout and exercise program can get you ripped in a few months, I felt as though there had to be more to it.
The fact is, before I bought his Muscle Gain Truth book, I did some reviewing myself. I needed to see what this guy was all about. Here is what I found, coupled with what I have learned when doing a Muscle Gain Truth review for all of you.
The claims of 24 minutes a day are a little misguided. See, in actuality, you only workout 3 times a week. However, the workouts are about 60 minutes. So the average is 24 minutes a day, but you have four off days and three workout days. Not a huge deal but something to note.

Second, I heard only great things about the nutritional guide. If you are like me, my nutrition guide is “I think I’ll get a diet soda instead of regular soda.” Needless to say, I ate terribly. In the Muscle Gain Truth packet you receive, it will go over food in a chapter called Critical Feeding Times. The best part is Nalewanyj does not recommend the controversial supplement route, so the foods he says to eat are all natural. No shortcuts here.
When Sean Nalewanyj talked about how this is the only guide you need, he wasn’t lying. For some though, that might be a bit of a turnoff. At almost 249 pages, some might be wondering how they can read all of the Muscle Gain Truth information. After all, isn’t it about actually working out, not reading? The good news is it is broken up in chapters well, meaning you can skip the parts you don’t want to do.
Because of the information, I must mention in my Muscle Gain Truth review that the program costs more than average. Do I think it is worth it? Yes, I truly do, only because to get this information other places you would probably need to buy a workout program and a diet program. In the end, the cost would be similar for the most part. Muscle Gain Truth runs at 77 dollars currently for the basic program, and you can get upgrades that cost you a little more as well. Considering that is about the cost of a nice fitness club for one month, the deal in the long run could save you a lot of money.
