Metabolic Cooking sounds, on paper, like just another boring cookbook. Buy it with good intentions, maybe make a thing or two, then go back to ordering pizza since it is so much easier.
However, the Metabolic Cooking book is so much more than just recipes. It is a system, designed to control your weight and live a healthier lifestyle. I want to stress in this Metabolic Cooking review that not only did I get a ton of new recipes to use, but I learned when to eat, how to eat, how much to eat and other tips that make sense now but shocked me in the beginning.
So just how many diets have you tried or been on? Too embarrassed to say? Can you beat me? I’ve tried exactly 10 in my life. I wouldn’t say they all failed completely, but for one reason or another I’d go away from it. I’ve been with Metabolic Cooking for about a year. Will I ever stray away from it? I can’t say I never will, but I haven’t been tempted really. That is because the program makes it easy for you to follow and shows you constant results to keep motivated.
With the Metabolic Cooking package, you receive a cookbook, a ton of charts for progress and conversions, guides to build muscle and fat loss, plus other bonuses that are included from time to time depending on when you buy it.
Finally, the last thing I’ll say on why I think it works for me, is the variety. Have you ever done a diet like say, the Atkin’s diet? I’ll be completely honest, that diet does work. I did it for a while, lost weight. Then I went off of it. Why? Because the variety is terrible. If you can’t switch up recipes and eat different things, you’re brain and body will get tired of regular stuff and begin to crave a difference. With Metabolic Cooking, those cravings will be satisfied and you will still get in great shape.
