It seems like everyone wants to be taller these days. Whether it be for sports, to proportion themselves better or just for no particular reason, everyone feels like they deserve another inch or two at least. Grow Taller 4 Idiots claims to have the cure for this, but my normal skeptical self wasn’t too sure at the beginning. Here is my full Grow Taller 4 Idiots review after giving it a full try.
While it may seem impossible to grow to be 7 feet tall, Grow Taller 4 Idiots focuses on getting those extra inches the natural way. I’m sure you have seen many advertisements for ways to take supplements to get taller. Not only have those been scientifically proven to be ineffective, but they are also unsafe to take.
When I started my Grow Taller 4 Idiots review of the program, I stood at a solid 5’11”. I set my standards low, wanting to just be able to say I am 6’0″ in the future. Involved in the process is a bunch of exercises and diet tips to help you maximize your potential.
I liken Grow Taller 4 Idiots to doing brain exercises. You will never be computer smart, but you can maximize your brain power. Likewise, you can maximize your size by doing a few simple things each day to help build up things.
The most interesting part about Grow Taller for Idiots (that is how it should be spelled technically) for me was the topic of spinal decompression. This is a process that helps you literally stretch out your body in ways you never thought possible. The funny thing is my local chiropractor offers sessions for this starting at $75. That already costs most than the entire Grow Taller 4 Idiots program. The fact is this is not rocket science, and you can learn the techniques yourself since they are safe and fairly easy to do.
