For $39.95, Jeff Anderson uses his intensity from being a former, self described nerd and an Army background to really help you “Combat The Fat.” His program takes only 3 days a week to complete, so even a busy person should be able to find time either before or after work. This means you can start working on your new body in no time at all.
The Military theme in this workout program really struck me. I don’t have a background, so I was a little shocked at the in your face attitude it takes. The workouts are intense, and that is a good thing if you are serious about doing the Combat The Fat program. Anderson gives you a lot of tips that go against conventional wisdom, such as don’t give up guilty foods and don’t focus on fat loss, but after seeing my own results and others in pictures, it works well.
The best part about all the Combat The Fat review articles you can read is this is not just some made up idea from a crazy guy. These are proven techniques by science so you know they will work. They promise that not only will the fat come off, but it will stay off. So far so good for me personally. I recommend Combat The Fat for just about any person looking to get rid of the fat. Just don’t go in thinking it will be easy. Treat it like a type of boot camp, because in a way that is what the workout is based on.
