Building muscle and going to the gym always seemed to go hand in hand throughout the years. I’ve been a member of many gyms, and while they do work they are also expensive. In fact, the Bodyweight Exercise Revolution system costs less as a one-time purchase than many gyms cost per month.
With all that said though, after doing a Bodyweight Exercise Revolution review do I think it is a scam and not worth it in the end? The short answer is no. Read on if you want to know why I feel this really works.
As someone who just recently landed a new job, it meant I had a great opportunity. Making more money, enjoying the job, etc. One problem though: I was always on the road. With The Bodyweight Exercise Revolution, it didn’t matter. I could do this workout where I went since it uses, yep you guessed it, your bodyweight.
The main reason why regular weight training levels off is you never bring variety into things. You must isolate muscle groups and vary them up to see optimal results. Put together by Adam Steer, owner of the RMAX International Team, he focuses the training system on improving overall strength, endurance and your agility throughout the body.
The one thing I noticed with this workout is just how much better my body moved. Since the exercises are done with your body, you know how to handle it and can move around a lot better than you could before.
Another thing I noticed was just how much easier I was able to do simple tasks. Many feel as though you workout because you want to be better at a sport, or just to look good. It also helps if you are trying to get things done around the house.
I recommend the Bodyweight Exercise Revolution program for anyone not looking to fall victim of another fitness scam. It works, and it does not require you to buy tons of products as well. All you need is the workout system and some space in your home. You can even do it outdoors. I was able to slim down after doing it for 8 weeks, and I will continue to workout this way as I maintain the look I have now.
