With all that said though, after doing a Bodyweight Exercise Revolution review do I think it is a scam and not worth it in the end? The short answer is no. Read on if you want to know why I feel this really works.

The one thing I noticed with this workout is just how much better my body moved. Since the exercises are done with your body, you know how to handle it and can move around a lot better than you could before.

All you need is the workout system and some space in your home. You can even do it outdoors. I was able to slim down after doing it for 8 weeks, and I will continue to workout this way as I maintain the look I have now.
